Shipping & Delivery

Welcome to Smart Shop Supplies. Here are some details about how we work. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site. Please note that your continued use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

• Delivery is available throughout Malaysia.
• All delivery will be arranged after we had received full payment.
• Shipping charges may vary depending on area & order amount in your shopping cart, plus the travel distance from our store to your location.
• If you are engaging delivery service with us, please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
• All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.
• Smart Shop Supplies is not responsible for the delivery times of your order send by courier company. Once items have been dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by Smart Shop Supplies (as notified to the customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. Smart Shop Supplies shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
• Smart Shop Supplies reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural locations.

• No charges for self-collection and you may pick up your order from our store at the following address:

• Please bring along the following items at the time of collection:
• The confirmation email or receipt from Smart Shop Supplies with payment slip.
• Collection can be done 2 working days later subject to stock availability.
• Operating hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
  • Saturday: 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM.
• There will be no collection or delivery available on Sunday & Public Holiday.
• However, if the goods are not collected within 12 working days, we will contact you. If the goods are still not collected within 12 working days from the notification call, we reserve the right to charge a small fee for storage and administration, at our discretion’s.
• Smart Shop Supplies reserve the rights not to entertain the collection or fulfil the order should the goods remain uncollected for 2 months after your order unless prior approval has been granted from Smart Shop Supplies in written.
